4 weeks left.... and counting

Although I have a year schedule. I was starting to notice that the group didn't seem to be clear on what they were doing, coming upto final handin. So I decided to make a 4 week schedule till the 14th of December.

I first made the full 4 week schedule and organised a meeting to make sure my timeframes could be met. Some things were edited, until the group we happy with the work they would be doing and the workload given.

Once this schedule was complete. I thought it would be best to make sure everyone has individual schedules as well, so there was no overlapping of work and things could get done smartly. Everyone preferred this idea, so they didn't get confused by with other group members work.

I will have print outs for everyone, by Tuesday the 20th of November as well. Hard copies are always useful.
