MAF Group Planning

So in our last group meeting we decide that MAF is a very important place to get our Animation Project seen or at least get people talking about it. We decided to create a Mini-Pitch Bible, which included our synopsis, character designs, bios, turnarounds, backgrounds and social media. We aim to have at least 20, A5 booklets to hand out at Northwestivus and MAF as a whole. Not only is this a great way to get our work seen but also gives us the confidence to talk to industry and go in with something to show. I am happy everyone was on board with the idea, Rowena put the pitchbible together and we were were really hapyl with the results. I will be attending all three days of the MAF Festival so I have scheduled in a week off, for the group during this time, get on with other work or to attend the festival as well.

Also I have created an Instagram and Twitter account for the group so that we have got social media to show to the group and again to create a following behind the project.

I will be taking the role of Marketing coordinator, there I aim to keep the pages busy and exciting but not overload the followers with posts. So I will keep the posts to a maximum of twice a week. The backgrounds, characters and logos are all coming together. So here's a mock-up James created for the group.
